Howell Residents Indicted on Drug Charges
Charges include possession and intent to distribute.

A group of Howell residents were recently indicted on several drug related charges according to information from the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.
Wayne Price, 48, of Alydar Court, Brian Mickendrow, 42, of Henry Circle and Victor Cerniglia, 57 face a three count indictment following an incident in the township in August. According to the indictment the three are charged with one count of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance. On or about August 11 Price, Mickendrow and Cerniglia were found to be in possession of a substance believed to be heroin.
The three also face one count of second degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute. The indictment alleges they intended to distribute the heroin they were found to have in their possession.

Mickendrow was also indicted on one count of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance when he was found to have alprazolam at the time of his arrest.
