HOWELL, NJ — Howell Township is collecting gifts for needy children again this year, and seeking the public's help to make their holiday season special.
Township officials say the program is collecting gifts for more than 400 children from infants up to the age of 17.
"Thousands of gifts are needed to ensure a great holiday season for those who would typically receive few gifts," officials said. Volunteers are needed as well.
