Howell Township To Host J&J Vaccination Clinic On May 5
Residents are invited to register for a single-dose vaccine clinic at the municipal building this week. Here's how to register:
HOWELL, NJ - In partnership with Central Jersey Urgent Care/My Instadoc, Howell Township and the Monmouth County Health Department will be offering a Johnson & Johnson vaccination clinic this week.
On May 5 at the Howell Township Municipal Building (4579 US 9), residents ages 18 and older will be able to receive the single-dose vaccine.
To register, complete the entire registration online via this form or call (732) 415-7741 to schedule an appointment.

Participants are required to bring a photo ID and insurance card to their scheduled appointment.
The location of the vaccine administration will be held at the Howell Township Municipal Building.
