Howell Zoners Approve 17 Homes On Howell, Freehold Border
The construction of 17 single-family homes was approved by Howell zoners during the board's latest meeting.

HOWELL, NJ - The Howell Zoning Board of Adjustment has approved the construction of 17 single family homes on the Howell-Freehold border.
At a June 14 meeting, applicant Gross & Gross Associates, LLC sought final major subdivision approval to subdivide the existing 41-acre site on Asbury Avenue and Cloverhill Lane into 20 lots.
The subdivision will include 17 lots for new single family dwellings, one lot for the existing dwelling on Cloverhill Lane and two lots for stormwater management facilities. The dwellings will be accessible via Cloverhill Lane.

The application was originally scheduled to be heard on April 26 when it was carried to May 24, then carried again to June 14.
