Japanese Restaurant Coming To Howell’s Shops At Equestra

HOWELL, NJ - If you’re a fan of Asian cuisine, look no further: Howell’s newest restaurant announcement comes in the form of Ichi Japanese Restaurant, slated to open at The Shops At Equestra commercial plaza.

Located at 1142 Route 33 at the site of the former T Mobile store, Ichi Japanese Restaurant will be situated next to Dunkin’ and near plaza neighbors Doughboys Pizza, Bare Beauty and Hair Do or Dye Studio.

It’s likely that the restaurant will open by the end of this year, according to a spokesperson from Renaissance Properties, The Shops At Equestra’s real estate development firm. The space will be around 1,500 square feet, according to Renaissance Properties’ website.

The new restaurant will join the likes of Ramtown Cafe, Ready Set Juice and Poke Burritos, three eateries which also recently opened in the township. Read more: Howell Seeks Participating Eateries For Restaurant Week
