Monmouth County Flu Vaccine Clinic To Be Held In Howell
The Monmouth County Health Department is offering flu shots to county residents.

The Monmouth County Health Department is offering flu shots to county residents. The clinics are being held at various sites around the county through mid-November.
Flu shots cost $25, but are free to senior citizens with Medicare Part B. The health department will also accept some insurance.
“Generally speaking, anyone over six months of age can receive the seasonal inactivated influenza vaccine,” Christopher Merkel, Monmouth County’s Public Health Coordinator said in a prepared statement. “We strongly urge anyone at risk of flu-related complications to get the seasonal vaccine from the County Health Department or your health care provider.”
