Tractor-Trailer Crash Closes Route 195 Eastbound In Jackson

The crash is causing delays and traffic is detoured in Jackson, police said.

JACKSON, NJ — Interstate 195 is closed eastbound in Jackson Township on Friday afternoon while authorities investigate a tractor-trailer crash.

Traffic is being detoured in the area of Exit 21, according to the state Department of Transportation.

The tractor-trailer overturned just east of exit 21, Jackson police said. No immediate information was available on injuries.

In addition, there is a crash in Jackson in the area of Monmouth Road at Anderson Road near the Jackson Outlets.

Motorists are urged to use caution in both areas.
