What's Open, Closed On Presidents Day In Howell

HOWELL, NJ — Monday, Feb. 20, is Presidents Day, the day set aside to honor the birthdays of Presidents George Washington and Abraham Lincoln.

It is a federal holiday, which means all federal offices, including the Post Office, are closed.

State offices and courts are closed as well.

The Howell Township and Freehold Regional High School districts are closed.

The Monmouth County Library and its branches are closed.

All Howell Township municipal offices are closed.

The township Recycling Center will be closed, but Zone A recycling will be collected on schedule.

Businesses may be open based on their own schedules. Call ahead to confirm.
