Castella Picked to Lead Rumson Real Estate Office

RUMSON, N.J. (Oct. 12, 2020) – Rob Norman, president of Coldwell Banker Realty in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York, is pleased to announce that Laura Castella has been chosen to lead the company’s Rumson/Fair Haven office as branch vice president and managing broker. In this new role, Castella will oversee approximately 60 affiliated real estate agents serving home buyers and sellers throughout Monmouth County.

She is well-connected within the real estate community and is involved in several multiple listing service and New Jersey Realtors committees. Castella has achieved numerous industry distinctions, including the NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award from 2014-19 and the New Jersey Monthly Five Star Real Estate Agent Award in 2016-19. Castella was named the Monmouth Ocean Regional Realtors 2017 REALTOR-Associate of the Year and is serving a 2019-2021 term on its Board of Directors. She has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Performance Management Network, Real Estate Negotiation Expert and Seller Representative Specialist professional designations. Active in real estate industry leadership, Castella served on the Women's Council of Realtors Governing Board in 2016, 2017 and 2018, and was named President Elect for 2019 and 2020. Castella was formerly an event planner before becoming a full-time real estate agent, and has a great interest in architecture, home remodeling and improvements.
