Rumson is going green- and they are inviting you to join in!
This Saturday, October 18, Rumson is hosting a Green Day, and asking residents to join in by going green as well.
The event will take place from 9 am to 1 pm behind the Rumson Borough Hall building, at 80 East River Road, and will include:

- Free Document Shredding: Get rid of those old documents and confidential papers without risking identity theft! All shredded papers will also be recycled.
- Free Book Recycling: Bring your old text books, story books, and other unused books for donating or recycle.
- Free Electronics Recycling: Clear out your old computers, keyboards, monitors, cases, printers, laptops, televisions, cell phones, copiers, rcameras, radios, and more!
