The donation was presented to Compañeros de Comida, a student volunteer group that has provided over 144K meals to local families since 2020

FAIR HAVEN, NJ - Fair Haven Dunkin’ franchise group, DDJ Sequeira Network, recently presented a $5,000 check to support Compañeros de Comida at the recently opened Dunkin’ restaurant located at 598 River Road, in Fair Haven.
Compañeros de Comida is a student-run volunteer group and a local 501(c)3 non-profit corporation created at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic to support individuals in the greater Red Bank area who were unable to reach local food banks due to illness or lack of transportation. To date, the organization has provided over 144,000 meals to families in the area.
Every Saturday, volunteers come together to sort and distribute bulk meals to over twenty neighboring families, according to the organization’s website.
