"Family Fall Festival" Raises Funds for VNA of Central Jersey
VNA of Central Jersey Children's Auxiliary Hosts 27th Annual Family Fall Festival at Scothigh Farm

More than 170 families enjoyed an afternoon of fall fun on Sunday, October 14 at Scothigh in Rumson, New Jersey, with festive autumn activities including a pumpkin patch, arts and crafts, face painting, pony rides, a petting zoo, a magic show, a chance auction, food and refreshments and more in support of Visiting Nurse Association Health Group programs for vulnerable, at risk children and families. The 27th annual fall event hosted by the VNACJ Children’s Auxiliary now called the “Family Fall Festival at Scothigh” raised over $32,000 to benefit the VNA’s Children and Family Health Institute. The Children and Family Health Institute connects over 50,000 families annually to a broad array of health and education services including comprehensive primary care for children; case management services for children with special needs and their families; home nursing care for acutely ill children and a home visitation program that provides support to new mothers. Several patients and their families were sponsored enabling them to attend and share in the magic of Family Fall Festival at Scothigh Farm.
