Rumson, NJ - A gas main was struck Friday on Ocean Avenue in Sea Bright, resulting in the brief closure of Ocean Avenue, police said.
Ocean Ave. in Sea Bright was briefly shut down, with no traffic allowed south of the Rumson/Sea Bright bridge. The gas main was struck right by the bridge, and nobody was hurt in the incident.
The road was shut as a precaution.
