The annual Blessing of the Animals will take place at St. George's-by-the-River Episcopal Church this Sunday, Oct. 7 at 2 p.m.
RUMSON, NJ — Bring your cat, dog, ferret, weasel, hamster or fish to be blessed! The annual Blessing of the Animals will take place at St. George’s-by-the-River Episcopal Church, 7 Lincoln Avenue in Rumson, NJ 07760 this coming Sunday, October 7 at 2:00 p.m.
Every year this very popular event brings an increasing number of animals and their owners to be individually blessed by the clergy of St. George’s.
Bring your dogs (leashed), cats, parrots, fish, turtles, hamsters or whichever pet you choose to the church, rain or shine.
