State Aid For Rumson Boro Schools Rises For 2020-21 Year

This upcoming year, Rumson Boro public schools will receive $705,000 from the state, up 5 percent from last year.

RUMSON, NJ — Gov. Phil Murphy released his revised state aid figures last week, leaving Rumson Boro public schools with about $33,000 more than they had last year.

For the upcoming 2020-21 school year, Rumson Boro public schools will receive $705,148 from the state, up 5 percent from the $671,792 received in 2019.

The grand total includes $112,978 in transportation aid, $514,843 in special education aid and $77,327 in security aid.
