Who's Running For Rumson Town Council This Fall?

RUMSON, NJ — In the middle of the coronavirus pandemic, who can forget 2020 is an election year? And it's not just at the presidential level, as President Trump seeks to secure a second term.

It's not much of a race in Rumson, where there are two seats open, which both incumbents seek to hold onto.

Current Rumson Councilman Gary Casazza seeks to be re-elected, as does Rumson Councilman Robert Swikart.

There are no Democratic challengers running in Rumson.

The primary election has been pushed back to July 7. The general election is Tuesday, Nov. 3.
