Antwoine Thomas Arrested In East Cleveland
The Northeast Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Antwoine Thomas today after he had escaped from MetroHealth Medical Center Nov. 4.

CLEVELAND, OH -- Antwoine Thomas was taken into custody this afternoon after being a fugitive since Nov. 4. Thomas had been arrested for receiving stolen property and was taken to the MetroHealth Medical Center Nov. 1 for medical treatment. He escaped from custody around noon Nov. 4 wearing no shirt and just jogging pants.
Thomas was arrested in the area of 13975 Superior Avenue in East Cleveland, according to Cleveland Police Detective Reginald Lanton. The Northeast Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force apprehended him without an incident.
Thomas had been considered dangerous because of his extensive history of violent crimes. He was originally arrested for receiving a stolen motor vehicle.
