  1. John Adams, an iconic Cleveland baseball fan known for banging a large drum from the bleachers, has died at 71. Adams rarely missed a game in 40 years and helped create memories for millions of people at the Cleveland Municipal Stadium, which later turned into Jacobs/Progressive Field. Fellow fans, politicians, and even celebrities shared their memories about Adams throughout the years. (WKYC)
  2. The U.S. marshals arrested a man and a woman on Tuesday in connection with a gas station shooting in Cleveland. Amira Duncan, 24, and Dajhawn Taylor, 27, were wanted for aggravated murder in the fatal shooting of Victor Simuel, 38, at the Sunoco Gas Station on Buckeye Road on Jan. 16. The pair was arrested at a home ? where the door was barricaded so officials could not enter ? by members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force. (Subscription: cleveland.com)
  3. Plans are in place for Cleveland's Huntington Building to transform from offices into 864 downtown apartments. The plan is made possible with a $15 million loan from the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development. Millennia Companies plans to include a 61-room boutique hotel, high-end restaurant, offices, storefronts, and an event space in the 100-year-old building as well. (Subscription: cleveland.com)
