  1. The Cleveland Division of Police released the body camera footage from last weekend where a police sergeant shot a man while sitting inside his police cruiser. The Jan. 21 shooting took place outside a nightclub on Madison Avenue. A 28-year-old victim and 34-year-old suspect sustained injuries in the shooting and were taken to MetroHealth Medical Center. (News 5 Cleveland)
  2. The City of Cleveland has extended the curfew for e-scooters until 11:00 p.m. The original curfew was set at 9:00 p.m. but was changed due to huge demand from riders in the city. The city reminds riders it is illegal to operate the scooter while under the influence of any substance or alcohol. (Cleveland 19 News)
  3. Police are searching for the man pictured at the link for the theft of tools and other items from a Cleveland business. It is believed the suspect stole $40,000 worth of items on Jan. 24 in the second district. Anyone who can identify the man or has any information about the crime is asked to contact Detective Murphy at (216) 623-5217. (Cleveland 19 News)
