Browns Blues: The End Is Near
With the final game of the season Sunday against the Steelers, the Browns are staring 0-16 right in the face.

CLEVELAND, OH -- It’s the end of another year, and the end of this miserable season for the Browns and their fans. All that's left is a date with the Steelers at Heinz Field Sunday.
There’s more of a finality to this game than the fact that it’s the last game of this Bataan Death March of a season. The old rabid rivalry with the Pittsburghers is in the distant past, and even with the rumors that Big Ben will be wearing a baseball cap the whole game, the chances for a Browns victory are slim to none.
Steelers Head Coach Mike Tomlin could take the game off, and they would still beat the hapless Browns. All the Steelers have to play for is home field advantage throughout the Playoffs, and at Heinz Field, that’s definitely an advantage.

Big Ben is 21-2 against the Browns since his stellar NFL career started in 2004. Any time he throws his helmet onto the field, the Browns surrender. Of course, he has had some bad games against them, but for the most part, he owns the Browns. He should be named an honorary part owner by Jimmy Haslam.
There’s also the very real possibility that stud running back Le’Veon Bell won’t be suiting up either. Tomlin has been reported he isn’t saying until game time as to whether or not Big Ben and Bell will play. Browns nemesis Antonio Brown is already out with an injury, just resting up for the Playoffs. Those three may as well enjoy the game in the warmth of a loge.

Steelers’ backup quarterback Landry Jones will probably get the start and let the Steelers offensive line control the game with a smash mouth running game. A couple of field goals should do it for the Steelers, 12-6.
Let the 0-16 Parade plans begin.
Right now, if the Browns go 0-16, the Perfect Season Parade will step off at noon Jan. 6 at First Energy Stadium.
