Business Owner Catches Tire Thief Red-handed
Cleveland auto repair shop owner caught a thief in the act of stealing tires from his lot Nov. 5.

CLEVELAND, OH -- Tim Bozak just happened to be driving by his Repair Company auto repair shop at 10225 Madison Avenue Nov. 5 when he noticed a strange car parked in front with paper over the license plate. According to Fox8 News, Bozak pulled into the lot and pulled out his handgun, for which he has a concealed weapon permit. A man came out from behind one of the vehicles holding a tire iron.
Bozak pointed his gun at the man, told him to freeze and called 911. Police arrived in a short time, and the would-be thief was arrested.
The thief was charged with breaking and entering, and his case will be going to a grand jury on additional charges.
