Cleveland Heights Bank Robbed By Two Gunmen
Using a stolen car as the getaway vehicle, two men robbed the Huntington Bank branch on Coventry Wednesday morning.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH --At approximately 8:55 a.m. Wednesday, two armed black males wearing dark colored clothing, both approximately 5’8” tall, robbed the Huntington Bank branch at 1865 Coventry Road.
According to Cleveland FBI spokeswoman Vicki Anderson, one of the men ordered at gunpoint an office employee and a customer to the ground, directing them not to move or he would kill them. The second man, also brandishing a black pistol, jumped the counter and emptied money from one teller’s drawer, placing it in a white plastic garbage bag.

The two men ran out of the bank, got into a stolen silver Kia and traveled north bound on Coventry.

One of the men is described as a black male, approximately 5'8", wearing a black hooded jacket, a red hoodie underneath with hood up, a blue mask, blue Latex gloves, black sweat pants and black Nike sneakers with white swoosh and royal blue trim.
The other man is described as a black male, approximately 5'8", wearing a dark blue hoodie, jeans, tan work boots, blue latex gloves and a black mask.

Cleveland Heights PD responded to a call of a stolen Kia at approximately 8:15 a.m. This is the vehicle Cleveland Heights identified as the getaway vehicle.
These individuals are considered armed and dangerous. Tips can be provided to the Cleveland Division of the FBI at 216-522-1400. Reward money is available for information leading to the successful identification and prosecution of the individuals responsible. Huntington Bank is offering an additional reward of up to $20,000 for information leading to arrest and conviction of these suspects.
