Cleveland Man Found Shot In Head
An 18-year-old man was found shot in the head in his vehicle.
CLEVELAND, OH -- The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office has identified the man found shot in the head in his vehicle Nov. 12. Quvonta Ratliff, 18, was pronounced DOA at the scene. His vehicle was parked at 1486 Larchmont Road.
Cleveland Police are investigating the homicide, but they have no suspects. The Medical Examiner's Office released the information this morning. Larchmont Road is off of St. Clair in the South Collinwood neighborhood.
