Cleveland Man Is Homicide Victim
Cleveland police have ruled a man's death a homicide after he was found with a gunshot wound to his head.
CLEVELAND, OH -- A Cleveland man was a homicide victim, according to the County Medical Examiner's Office. Dennis L. Rodgers, 61, was pronounced dead on arrival Nov. 7 at the University Hospital Cleveland Medical Center. The incident occurred at E. 120th Street and Abell Avenue.
Police are investigating this as a suspected homicide. Cleveland EMS transported the man to UH Cleveland Medical Center after he was found at the scene.
In another unrelated incident in Cleveland, a 25-year-old man was shot in the hand at 6203 Superior Avenue. He was taken to UH Cleveland Medical Center by Cleveland EMS where he was treated for his wound. No other information was available at this time.
