Cleveland Police Seeking Three Men in Metro PCS Robbery, Shooting

Police are searching for three suspects who attempted to rob a Metro PCS and shot a Cleveland man when fleeing the scene.

A 23-year-old Cleveland man was shot following a failed robbery at the Metro PCS on East 110th Street and Superior Avenue on Monday night.

Officers arrived at the scene at 7 p.m, police said in a press release. According to a worker at the Metro PCS, three unknown black males entered the store and asked the price of a hoverboard. After the worker told him $800, the suspect pulled out a small handgun and told him to, "give me everything you got."

The worker pulled out his own handgun from behind the counter and told the suspects to get out the store. The suspects fled, but the worker followed behind. As he was fleeing, one of the suspects began shooting and hit a man standing outside the store in the upper arm. Suspects then fled on foot.
