Cold, Cold, Cold Through New Year's Day

Get those mittens and scarves you got for Christmas ready for the cold weather that's forecast for New Year's Weekend.

CLEVELAND, OH -- The National Weather Service is predicting a continuation of the extreme cold temperatures through New Year's Day. Snow is likely, with accumulations of a couple of inches, more in the snow belt. The high Thursday will be 16, and 19 on Friday. Overnight temperatures may drop into the single digits.

New Year's Eve is looking to be very cold, with a low of six degrees overnight.
