Dearborn Recreation & Parks Department 'Introduction to Hockey' Program Now Available
If your child is interested in playing hockey, this program might be just the thing.

DEARBORN, MI, — Is your child between the ages of 3 to 12? Are they interested in playing hockey? If the answer to those questions is "Yes," then the Dearborn Recreation & Parks Department's "Introduction to Hockey" program might be perfect for them.
This fall and winter, the program will teach young hockey players the fundamentals, skating, stick handling, passing and shooting.
Classes are held on Saturdays at the Dearborn Ice Skating Center for nine weeks. Ages 3-8 meet from 12 p.m. to 12:40 p.m. and ages 9-12 meet from 12:40 p.m. to 1:20 p.m.

Those interested can register at the Dearborn Ice Skating Center. The program will cost $60 for Dearborn residents and $70 for non-residents. There will be a second session of the "Introduction to Hockey" program beginning January 7.
