'Drake And Josh' Actor Accused Of Crimes Against Child

CLEVELAND — Jared Bell has been accused of endangering children and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles in Cleveland, according to court records.

Bell, 34, is an actor best known for his role in the Nickelodeon sitcom, "Drake and Josh." Bell played the titular Drake.

It's unclear when Bell was taken into custody by Cleveland police, but his mugshot from Cuyahoga County Jail is dated June 3, according to Fox 8.

The incident at the heart of the charges took place Dec. 1-2, 2017, according to court and police records. Patch is working to obtain a copy of the indictment.

However, Bell waived the reading of the indictment during the trial and entered a not guilty plea. He is scheduled for a pretrial hearing on June 23.

Bell was set to play a concert at the Odeon in December 2017, according to WKBN 27.

Bell's attorney declined to comment, but did say "the facts will come out in court."
