Free social-emotional wellness workshop for district educators
Effective Leadership Academy offers a workshop to help educators better understand the toll of stress on mental and physical well-being.

Warrensville Heights, OH – February 17, 2021 – Effective Leadership Academy (ELA) is offering another free social-emotional wellness workshop to help educators take a moment for their own self-care.
"Spring to Action" is a 30-minute workshop that includes fun and rejuvenating activities to help educators take a deeper dive into how stress can cause long-term issues for your mind and body.

“Spring into Action” is set for Tuesday, March 2, with the option to attend the LIVE session via Zoom at 9:00 a.m. or at 4:00 p.m. Registration is free for all district staff and PTO/PTA members. Sign up today at effectivela.org/free-pd.

The free wellness workshop is an introduction to ELA’s U LEAD: Virtual Wellness Workshop Series for school districts, businesses, and individuals.
