Face Masks No Longer Required On Cedar Point Rides
Temperature checks for guests have also been discontinued, the amusement park announced.

SANDUSKY, OH — Cedar Point will no longer require guests to wear face masks on rides.
The theme park announced a host of safety changes as it gears up for its 2021 season. Reservations are still required for guests visiting either Cedar Point or Cedar Point Shores Waterpark. Season passholders and single-day ticket users will both need reservations.
"We’re all in this together and by working together you can safely and confidently enjoy the thrills and fun that only Cedar Point can deliver this season," the park said on its website.

Guests 10 and older will be required to wear face coverings indoors, unless they're actively eating or drinking. Face coverings will not be required outdoors, unless social distancing is impossible. Face coverings should cover the nose and mouth and cannot have valves or vents, which allow virus particles to escape, the park said.
