  1. The Cleveland International Film Festival announced its theme for the 2023 festival, which will run Mar. 22 through Apr. 1. Festival organizers said they chose the theme "Look Closer" for its 47th year in an effort to encourage people to seek out unique experiences. (Subscription: cleveland.com)
  2. Cleveland city officials will review a proposal to ban the sale of flavored tobacco products. Other cities and states in the United States, including the City of Columbus, have passed similar bills to reduce smoking rates and improve public health and average life expectancy.   3. A Cleveland after-school program, "Our Youth, Our Future," aims to help local kids tackle the challenges of being teenagers by assisting them in exploring their passions and creativity.
