I-480 Restrictions Start This Week In Northeast Ohio
Construction on the Valley View Bridge will lead to lane restrictions and intermittent closures.
GARFIELD HEIGHTS, OH — Construction on I-480 will cause lane restrictions on Thursday and Friday and most of next week. Crews will be working on the Valley View Bridge, prompting the traffic pattern changes.
On Thursday night, from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Friday, there will be lane closures on I-480 east between I-77 and Transportation Boulevard. The right lane of West Canal Road south will be closed intermittently between Granger Road and the I-480 Valley View Bridge because of overhead construction.
Between Monday, Feb. 24, and Friday, Feb. 28, there will be nightly lane closures in the same locations.
