Man Dies After Being Struck By A Car At West Boulevard/Madison
An accident in the early morning hours of Nov. 16 resulted in a man dying of injuries sustained after being hit while crossing the street.
CLEVELAND, OH -- A Cleveland man died Nov. 19 after suffering injuries in an early morning accident Nov. 16 at West Boulevard and Madison Avenue. John Papenfoth, 38, of Cleveland, died at Fairview General Hospital where he was taken by EMS after the accident in the Cudell neighborhood. Harrell was crossing the street when he was struck by a passing vehicle.
The accident occurred around 7 a.m. in an intersection where there are a lot of buses and traffic going to and from the Cudell Recreation Center. The incident is under investigation by Cleveland Police.
