CLEVELAND, OH—A 3-year-old fell out from a second-floor window from a Cedar Avenue home on Thursday afternoon, reported Cleveland police. The child was taken to Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital after the incident.
Police were called to 2606 Cedar Ave. on Thursday. Police detectives did not have further information, including the child's identity or the circumstances of the incident, on Thursday.
