Wives' Plot To Catch Cheating Husbands Gets Live-Tweeted
Cleveland filmmaker sits down in a bar and hears quite the tale – and shares it across social media.

CLEVELAND, OH – Local filmmaker BJ Colangelo has a reputation for sharing scary stories, and she happened to have stumbled upon a real doozy while waiting for a flight from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. And, like a good storyteller, she proceeded to share the juicy nugget with everyone.
At the airport on Halloween, she found herself with earshot of two women, who met for the first time that day and were on a mission to catch their husbands cheating.
Colangelo, who describes herself as a horror film journalist, tweeted: "There are two women next to me at the airport bar who are flying cross-country to ambush their husbands they think are sleeping together."

She tweeted a follow-up: "The women have never met until this moment. 'Hopefully I'll gain a sister in you if I lose my husband.'"
She continued tweeting, "I am going to live-tweet the fuck out of my eavesdropping."

And, indeed, her followers took notice. The live-tweeting garnered some 28,000 likes and 8,700 retweets.
"Oh my god this is my new favorite sitcom pilot," Colangelo tweeted, as she gave a blow-by-blow account of the women's conversation, how they ordered drinks (she described one of women as "a seasoned pro" and the other as someone who "has never had a shot in her life") and their back-n-forth quips about their husbands.
She reference one of the women as Shot Lady and other as Gum Lady, for having "an extreme couponer's amount of gum in her purse."
Colangelo tweeted, "Gum Lady: 'At least my husband's boyfriend has good taste in women.' Shot Lady: 'Yea. You're pretty okay too.' THIS IS 100% GRACE & FRANKIE" – a reference to the Netflix comedy, "Frankie and Grace," where two women played by Jane Fonda and Lili Tomlin find out their husbands are romantically involved.
In a brief interview via instant message, Patch asked if she has sold the movie rights for the exchange yet. She replied, "Ha! No. But if anyone is going to take the story it should be "Grace & Frankie" considering it's already 80% on the way to being one of their episodes."
Colangelo said she does not know if the women ever did catch their husbands, telling Patch, "I have no idea how the story ended. They left the airport bar and now we'll never know."
In the final tweet of the drama, Colangelo did issue a warning to the women's husbands, tweeting, "If your names are Jeffrey and Richard and you're on a 'business trip' in Chicago...your wives are coming for you. And they've bonded."
