Woman Struck After Exiting Car Along I-480
A woman was struck by a passing vehicle on I-480 East early this morning after she left her car in the high speed lane.
CLEVELAND, OH -- Police are investigating an accident in which a woman exited her vehicle in the high speed lane of I-480 East early Wednesday morning and was struck by another vehicle. The accident occurred around 2:30 a.m. near the State Road exit.
The woman was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center by Cleveland EMS. Her condition is not yet known, according to Cleveland Police spokesman Reginald Lanton.
