Monday Trash Collection Cancelled Due To Weather In Oklahoma City

Oklahoma City is postponing trash, recycling and bulky waste collection for Monday, Feb. 15 due to current weather conditions.

Weather pending, residents who have weekly Monday trash collection will need to set their trash out by 6 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 17. Residents whose recycling date is Monday, Feb. 15 will also need to set their recycling out on Wednesday by 6 a.m.

As the situation is ongoing, crews will assess the conditions for Tuesday’s collection and make a determination sometime tomorrow.

Residents whose bulky trash collection begins on Monday, Feb. 15 are asked to set out their bulky when it is safe to do so and crews will collect it before end-of-business on Saturday, Feb., 20.

The snow storm may cause additional limbs to fall from trees. If this happens, please set limbs out with your regular bulky waste. All regular bulky waste rules will apply.
