We Bumped Up The Headline Character Limit Editors - Unearth That Thesaurus And Take Advantage Of The Space
The headline character limit for editors has been bumped by an additional 40 characters, giving them space to be more descriptive.
Now the patch editors have a lot more space where they can abandon acronyms and really stretch their descriptive chops. For too long, they have been constrained to brutally short 70 characters for an article headline, which is really too rigidly short.
