The Libraries of Foster are open and available as cooling centers for anyone in need of relief from the heat! 

As of July 1st the hours will change for the summer. New hours will be:

Tyler Free Library:Monday  12-5 (previously 2 - 8)Wednesday  10-8 (previously 10-6)Friday  10-2 (previously 10 - 5)Saturday - closed (previously 12 - 4)

Foster Public Library: (hours will be the same)Tuesday 10-8 Wednesday 12-8 Thursday 10-8Friday 12-5Saturday 10-2
