Town Of Foster: Discount Beach Passes

Beach passes are available for parking at all eight RI State beaches and must be purchased online at https://riparks.com/beach-passes.php#rates 

They may be purchased from May through September (Labor Day). Seniors get a 50 percent discount on both flex-day and season passes. Each pass is for one vehicle; the license plate will be checked as the pass verification. The senior pass holder must be in the car and be prepared to present identification if asked. 

Non-seniors may buy their passes at the same website.

Note: Passes may not be purchased at the beach. Beach entrances will only process daily parking fees.
