Ashaway Man, 30, Killed In Rollover Crash On I-95
Kyle Lamphere, 30, of Ashaway was thrown from his vehicle in the crash and pronounced dead at the scene.
RICHMOND, RI — An Ashaway man died in a crash on I-95 North early Saturday morning, according to Rhode Island State Police. The victim was identified as 30-year-old Kyle Lamphere.
The crash happened around 3 a.m., police said. Lamphere's car, a Hyundai sedan, was the only car involved in the crash.
According to police, Lamphere was driving on Route 3 South in Richmond when he lost control of the vehicle. The car veered right, mounted the embankment, entered the woods and hit a tree. It then rolled over, coming to a stop in one lane of I-95 North.

Lamphere was thrown from his vehicle in the crash and pronounced dead at the scene. He was not wearing a seatbelt, police said.
