Richmond Commons Back Before Planning Board

RICHMOND, RI — The Richmond Planning Board meets June 22 at 6:30 p.m.

On the agenda is a pre-application from CT Narayanan of East Providence for a 69-unit development at 38 Stilson Road.

The board will consider a request to reinstate final plan approval of Richmond Commons on behalf of Richmond Realty Associates, LLC. Richmond Realty proposes a commercial solar energy facility at the site, as reported by The Westerly Sun.

The board will hold a public hearing on a preliminary plan application of Blue Water Realty, LLC & John Shekarchi, Trustee, c/o 132 Old River Road, Suite 103, Lincoln, RI 02865 for a four-lot minor conservation development located at Tug Hollow Road, the agenda states.
