2018 Olympics: U.S. Women's Hockey Team Schedule, Results

DOUSMAN, WI — The U.S. Women's Hockey Team begins their quest for Olympic gold at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea.

After winning the gold medal in 1998, U.S. Women's Hockey Team has lost the gold medal game to Canada in 2002, 2010 and 2014. The U.S. women earned a bronze medal in 2006.

Dousman's Brianna Decker earned a silver medal in 2014 on the U.S. Women's Hockey Team, and also played for the Wisconsin Badgers Women's Hockey Team from 2009 to 2013. Decker has garnered praise for her play in advance of the 2018 games from The Ice Garden.com, "Small in stature but also strong enough to shove anyone off the puck, Decker is a crafty and skilled forward with a physical edge. Frankly, we should be talking about her more and she’s going to be a big part of this USA offense."
