Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in Pewaukee celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon cutting hosted by the Waukesha County Business Alliance and Pewaukee Chamber of Commerce on Friday. The restaurant is located at 1273 W. Capitol Drive in Pewaukee and owned by Sherri Povolo and Craig Hatfield.
“Dickey’s Barbecue Pit is family friendly, military friendly and has perfected the art of making amazing barbecue,” said Povolo. “We’re very excited to grow with the Dickey's family and spread the passion throughout the surrounding communities.”
