Does Former Creepy Waukesha Clown Have Green Bay Copycat?
A really creepy clown has been haunting Green Bay, and he looks a lot like Waukesha's Creepy clown - but is a bit of an upgrade.

WAUKESHA -- Last fall, a teen was giving Waukesha the creeps by dressing up as a creepy clown wearing an orange jumpsuit and a clown mask.
Pictures of Waukesha's creepy clown began popping up on social media, and one local news organization ruined all the fun - do we say fun in this case? - by solving the mystery of the creepy clown.

According to Complex, Green Bay residents have taken to calling the clown “Gags” and set up a Facebook page dedicated to clown sightings.
"Gags" has made multiple media reports, including the Huffington Post, which wonders why this is all happening. Green Bay police are getting calls about the creepy clown, but there’s not much that can be done, according to Capt. Kevin Warych, in the Huffington Post report.

“A person can walk down the sidewalk dressed however they want as long as they’re in a place they legally can be, and they’re not in a place that has a closing time, like a park,” Warych told WGBA-TV.
