Foster Parent Pleads Not Guilty in Child Pornography Case

A foster parent facing 11 felony charges relating to child pornography pleaded not guilty on Monday.
Daniel Lomeli, 45, of Waukesha was arrested June 26 after officers executed a search warrant at his Oaklawn Avenue home. They found 180 videos and several hundred images of children identified as known victims of child pornography or recognized child pornography victims, according to a criminal complaint.
Lomeli remains in the Waukesha County Jail on $30,000 bail. His next scheduled court appearance is Aug. 29 for a hearing.
