Free-Standing Medical Clinic Proposed For Waukesha
The new clinic will house Urgent Care and Primary Care practices.

WAUKESHA, WI—A 10,000 sq. ft. medical clinic is being proposed within the 1000 block of Spring City Road. The Waukesha Plan Commission will consider the final site plan and architectural
review during a meeting on Wednesday.
ProHealth Care (PHC) and Eppstein Uhen Architects (EUA) summited design documents for a new, free-standing medical clinic.

The new single-story clinic will house Urgent Care and Primary Care practices. The building be situated on the south end of the currently undeveloped property, city document said.
- A new surface parking lot containing 47 non-handicap accessible stalls plus 5 handicap accessible stalls is located north of the building, accessed from Spring City Drive.
- Peak shift staffing on site will be 3 physicians and 12 other employees.
- A drop-off drive is located adjacent to the front entry and will be partially covered by a cantilevered canopy.
- Bicycle racks will be provided on site near the main entry to the building for bike parking. As part of the new construction work, a pedestrian sidewalk shall be provided along the north (Spring City Street) edge of the property.
- It is anticipated that similar sidewalks will be forthcoming at the two adjacent properties in a master-plan effort to provide a continuous sidewalk along this side of Spring City Street.
Programmed elements will include: Primary Care Exam Rooms, Urgent Care Exam Rooms, Lab/Blood Draw, and X-Ray, according to city documents.
