Habitat for Humanity of Waukesha County (Habitat Waukesha) announces the appointment of three new board members.

The staff and current board of Habitat Waukesha are happy to welcome new board members Lisa Fenske, Jake Manne, and Jane Guadagni. Habitat Waukesha is working diligently to bring in new leaders to promote the need for affordable housing in Waukesha County.
Lisa Fenske is Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Waterstone Mortgage. In addition to 20 years of marketing experience, she also holds her Project Management Profession (PMP) certification and her Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) certification from the Mortgage Bankers Association’s School of Mortgage Banking. She was honored as a “Marketing Leader” by HousingWire in 2021, and a 2020 HousingWire “Women of Influence”.

Jake Manne is a Community Engagement Leader at Thrivent in the Waukesha area. Before starting at Thrivent in 2020, Jake pastored at 3 churches, the last two in Waukesha County. He lives in Dousman, WI with his wife, Megan, and their four children. When not cheering their kids on in soccer, listening to choir concerts, or attending other school-aged events, they like to play games as a family. In 18 years of marriage, Jake and Megan have lived in over 11 different states but have never been more than 30 minutes away from Lake Michigan.
Jane Guadagni is the Compliance and Bank Secrecy Officer at Citizens Bank. She has 25 years of experience in banking, having previously served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Compliance at Layton State Bank and Park Bank. She received her Human Resources Management certification from the Graduate School of Banking at UW-Madison, and also holds a certification of Regulatory Compliance Management from the Independent Community Bankers Association. Prior to Banking, Jane worked in Social Services. She is active in her church and served on the parish council as a member of the Christian Formation Committee.
These three new board members join a 10 person board.
