Hazardous Weather Alert: Thunderstorms, Heavy Rain This Evening

SOUTHEASTERN WISCONSIN — With so much sunshine to soak up, it seems hard to believe, but the National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for your area this evening.

Scattered to numerous thunderstorms are expected mainly later this afternoon and into this evening in the metro Milwaukee, Waukesha and Racine County areas with the potential for very heavy rainfall near or after 6 p.m. this evening.

There is a marginal risk of Severe thunderstorms for all of southern Wisconsin. This means
That an isolated severe thunderstorm is possible. In addition, some of the thunderstorms may produce heavy
Rainfall in a short period of time, resulting in minor street flooding.

The chance of thunderstorms will continue through Tuesday.
