January 2020: Changes To Fare, Waukesha Metro Service

All cash and 10 ride card fares, Day Passes and Metrolift fares will remain the same.

Service Changes

Weekday Service Changes & Reductions

Route 1 & 2 Night -Outbound (From the Transit Center) Routes 1 and 2 will combine and operate as Route 1 starting at 7:15 pm on weeknights. The Night Route 1 will operate from the Transit Center as a Route 1 east on Main St. to Cleveland Ave. and continue on Main St. and operate to Woodman’s then return to Main St. and operate east on Main St., into and out of the Westbrook Shopping Center to HWY 18, east on Hwy 18 to Parklawn Ave. to Abbott Drive, east on Abbott Drive to Kossow Road, north on Kossow to Target. After leaving Target, the Night Route 1 will operate south on Kossow and resume the daytime Route 1 routing to Brookfield Square.

Inbound (From Brookfield Square)-Operate as a daytime Route 1 from Brookfield Square until Kossow at Abbott. Continue north on Kossow Rd. to Target and return south on Kossow to Abbott and operate west on Abbott-Heritage to Springdale Rd. Cross Springdale road into the Westbrook Shopping Center existing onto Main St. and then operate as a daytime Route 2 to Main St at Nike, then Nike to Dolphin, Dolphin to Coral, Coral to Hwy 164 and Hwy 164 to Main, Main to Manhattan to Woodman’s. From Woodman’s operate south on Manhattan to Main St., then west on Main St. then resume daytime routing of Route 1 to the Transit Center.

Route 2-Due to the incorporation of portions of Route 2 into the Night Route 1, the Route 2 service would be eliminated after 7:12 pm.

Route 5 -Operate the 6:15 pm Outbound trip from the Transit Center to Prairie Ave. at Sunset Dr.

Route 15-Eliminate the 6:44 pm trip from Meijer to the Transit Center.

Saturday Service Changes & Reductions

Route 1 & 2 Night- Routes 1 and 2 will combine and operate as a Route 1 as described under the weekday changes. This would operate starting at 6:50 pm.

Route 2- Due to the incorporation of portions of Route 2 into the Night Route 1, the Route 2 service would be eliminated after 6:45 pm.

Route 9- Operate the 5:50 pm Outbound trip to Silvernail Rd. and Grandview. Eliminate remaining portion of the Outbound trip as well as the Inbound trip from the Ingleside Hotel at 6:18 pm to the Transit Center.

Sunday Service Hour Changes & Reductions

Route 1 & 2 Night- Operate a combined Routes 1 and 2 as Route 1 operating the same route as the Night Route 1 as described in the weekday changes with the exception of Main St. between East Ave. and Hartwell Ave. The Sunday Route 1 would operate from Main St. to Arcadian Ave. to Hartwell Ave. serving the Senior House on Arcadian Ave. and vice versa.

Route 2 - Due to the incorporation of portions of Route 2 into the Sunday Route 1, the Route 2 Sunday service would be eliminated.
